Vote Yes For Parks is a NJ Public Question Committee. You can to contribute to the Vote Yes For Parks campaign using Check, Money Order or PayPal. Please include the following information:
- Your Name
- Home Address
- Occupation
- Name Of Your Employer
- Address Of Your Employer
These reporting requirements are mandated by the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission.
If you choose to contribute to the campaign using a Credit Card or PayPal, you will be required to include a contact phone number. We will use your contact number for the sole purpose of ascertaining the above listed information. You can also e-mail us that information at donate@voteyesforparks.com. NOTE: The name of the credit card must match the name of the contributor.
Please note that to contribute to the campaign, you must satisfy the following New Jersey Election Law requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Vote Yes For Parks is a Public Question Committee so there is no donation limit.
- The following business types are not permitted to make contributions as entities (partnership, limited liability partnership or a limited liability company).
- Anonymous contributions are not permitted.
- Funds provided to another individual for the sole purpose of making a contribution to the campaign are not permitted.
- Banks, insurance corporations, public utilities, cable television corporations as well as certain casino interests are prohibited contributors.
- Generally speaking, contributions from businesses seeking New Jersey government contracts are subject to restrictions.
